Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 1–2 weeks before your piece ships, depending on size and current order volume.
Each piece is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition — framed, ready to hang, with all hardware included.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece ships.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and a description of what happened. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
Return policy
You can return any piece, including Signature Series and Featured Artist Series editions, within 30 days of delivery.
Returned pieces must be in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are at the customer's expense, unless the piece arrived damaged or defective — in that case, return shipping is on us.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of inspection.
